Annual Training Program 3-7 April, 2009 at IBS, Hyderabad

IRS organized a five day residential training program for 28 of its senior staff at IBS Campus, Hyderabad in the month of April 2009. The training focused on setting the tone for the coming academic year both academically and administratively. Subject methodology, delivery of lessons, integrated teaching methodologies and activity based teaching was discussed and demonstrated. The creative teaching methods discussed in that were new and very informative. Daily yoga and meditation classes molded and refreshed the mind and body and facilitated learning. The sessions on administrative skills conducted by IBS staff were extremely well received. It also gave the participants a chance to get to know each other, especially useful where out-station staff was concerned.
